Jammin!
Anyone who loves boysenberries knows the magic berries originate from California. Why then, is this deliciously jammable compound fruit not in the code?
Well it is in the code. Just not the California code.
Arkansas has seen fit to include the berry under the NATIVE BRANDY LAW § 3-6-102.
Maryland even gives the great berry legislative recognition.
Walter Knott would be so sad. Does legislative recognition mean anything? Do legislatures avoid name dropping?
Can you find any examples of brand names mentioned in code? More points if the brand no longer exists, but the law is still good.
