Goodbye Summer, and Good Riddance

Shoo summer!

 Summer session is finally over.  Pure hell.  If saying goodbye to summer session means saying goodbye to sunshine and beach days then–get lost sunshine!  I don’t want to see your face around here anymore.  Not that I actually saw much of the sun.  I hear it’s still shining, but I’ll have to take your word for it.

VIA M’Serv S2100*UPDATED

Although not technically a “road warrior,” I do spend a fair amount of time away from home.  I could be either at work or at school, but I still want access to my data.  I needed an option that was always accessible.  Unfortunately, always accessible means always on. 

Running a computer 24 hours a day can be pricey.  Enter the M’Serv.  This 29 watt beauty runs at home 24 hours a day.  VIA hardware is known for being extremely reliable so I look forward to putting thousands of hours on it.

Update

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I took my first exam for the semester this evening.  While I might not have the business judgment rule figured out, I did discover a proverbial phrase I had never seen before.  May I share it with you?  It would be my honor. 

The ado about the liability of directors for mere negligence is like the proverbial shaving of pigs—much squeal and little wool, at least for the stockholders.
